- Does it replace packing software?
- No. DAA Planner helps manage the workflow around cycles, runs, handoff, delivery, notes, and reconciliation. It can sit alongside existing packing processes.
- What does Hand off mean?
- Hand off means the pack leaves the pharmacy workflow, pickup at the counter, delivery via Delivery Lists, or post. It is not limited to delivery.
- Can we track pickup, delivery, and post separately?
- Yes. Each run can be handed off as pickup, delivery, or post, with quantity, date, and handoff notes recorded.
- Can packs appear on Home?
